A Gentle Note on Participation & Practicalities

Registration

Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation email from me.

Energy Exchange & Payment

To secure your place, the following payment structure applies:
 • €200 upon booking
 • €200 due by February 15, 2026
 • €200 due by March 1, 2026
 • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival,
unless we have agreed on a different installment plan together.

If you need flexibility, please feel free to reach out — I trust we can find a solution that feels supportive and clear for both sides.

Cancellation

Life can change, and you are free to cancel your participation at any time before the retreat begins.
Cancellations need to be sent in writing via email. The date your message reaches me will be considered the effective cancellation date.

Otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply, as the retreat involves early planning and commitments:
 • Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
 • Up to 60 days before arrival: 40%
 • Up to 30 days before arrival: 60%

 • Up to 7 days before arrival: 90%
 • From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%

These conditions also apply in case of illness.

Should I need to cancel the retreat for any reason, all payments you have made will be refunded in full.

Personal Responsibility & Well-Being

This retreat is an invitation into a shared space of presence, movement, and experience.
Each participant remains fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the retreat and during free time.

Please inform me in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or circumstances that may be relevant for your participation.

Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to accommodations, venues, or partner locations.

Travel & Entry

Participants are responsible for meeting all travel and entry requirements.

For German citizens, entry into Egypt requires:
 • a passport valid for at least six months, and
 • a tourist visa, available upon arrival or in advance through the Egyptian embassy.

Participants of other nationalities are kindly asked to check the applicable regulations independently.

Insurance

For your own peace of mind, I strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for health, accidents, baggage, and liability.

I cannot assume liability for these matters.
