New Year's ritual & dance - They would eat together afterwards.

Welcome to our traditional New Year's ritual – full of dancing and profound, transformative moments.

Together we let ourselves be carried by the energy of the moment – sometimes meditative, sometimes dynamic, sometimes ecstatic – until our hearts vibrate freely and space is created for all that we desire from the depths of our being.

In this ritual, we bid farewell to everything that has shaped the past year: the beautiful, the sad, the special, the stagnant, the joyful, and the moving. We give thanks for these experiences and thus create space for new ones.

We draw inspiration from the healing movements of Haitian dance and sacred Egyptian dance.

Dancing, we remember

to our vitality.

in our strength.

to the wisdom that dwells in our hearts.

Together we will open a high-vibrational space.

and allow all of that to find expression,

What was seen in love, transformed

or simply wants to be left alone.

Until our hearts swing more freely

and we can open ourselves to it,

which deeply fulfills us.

A space of connection is created, nurturing primal trust.

and opens ourselves to that which corresponds to us in love, peace and joy.

IAnything is allowed in this room –

still, ecstatic,

exuberant, wild,

gently devotedly, loudly.

And if you would like,

May all of this find its way back into the flow,

which had been maintained for a long time.

You are welcome -

with everything that moves you

and what wants to emerge anew within you.

And this also applies if you are currently feeling tired, vulnerable, or lacking in energy.

because it can be especially empowering in such moments,

To feel supported and not alone.

In the beginning lies the flow.

A harmonizing warm-up, carried by the element of water, helps you to find flow both physically and mentally and to expand your intuitive channels.

Throughout the entire ritual, I intuitively hold the space.and accompany the group with vivid, meditative imagesand subtle, intuitive impulses.

Space for improvisation & heartfelt moments

There is plenty of room for improvisation and intuitive discovery.

I'm happy if you can join us.

and together we will immerse ourselves in the infinite realm of wonders.

You can participate in this ritual with or without prior dance experience.
