A week has passed, and the workshop is still resonating in my thoughts, my feelings, my mood... when we entered the room, the magic was immediately palpable. The energy was so powerful during the dance, especially the part about connecting with the heart. I sent my love out into the world. Do you remember my word in the feedback session: "limitless"? —...Everything is always there—but you already know that... I'm grateful to have met you years ago.

I have always loved to dance and learning beautiful steps has delighted me, but over the years something else has developed: this stepping outside of oneself, connecting with energies and seeing so much with closed eyes… I never want to miss that again and it should be nurtured and cherished.
