In the second part

Let us dedicate ourselves to the flowing style of Yanvalou and be surprised by other styles that want to be danced spontaneously.

For me, Yanvalou is one of the most beautiful Haitian dance styles.

He embodies the principle of letting go and receiving in its perfection.

When we let go, we create space that allows us to flow and thus open ourselves to everything that seeks expression within us.

This is the secret to our vitality, and that's why this dance style is so incredibly liberating and healing. I can't imagine my life without Yanvalou anymore :)

And it is a great pleasure for me to share it with you in its ever-changing form.
