Do you love passionate sounds, violins and spirited movements? Then look forward to expressive arm and rock figures and dynamic steps from Russian & Hungarian romance dance. We also devote ourselves to the topic of improvisation in the context of space, dynamics and music. Please bring a wide skirt, if available.
Afro-Haitian dance

In this course you dance yourselves in a sunny mood - you have come to the right place if you like it rhythmic, sweaty and ecstatic. The focus is on the expressive movements of Haitian dance, which are as diverse and colorful as the Caribbean itself. A different style is presented in each lesson.

This course is a journey through the many beautiful basic figures of belly dance - from the
filigree figures of the upper body and arms, the powerful and flowing movements of the
Basin to ecstatic vibration - everything is included. Inner images will support you
to dance and enjoy the movements from your midst. Also ideal as an introductory course for beginners.
